Convenient, Friendly, Reasonable.

When we moved to the valley, we needed a refrigerated storage unit that we could afford, that was near us, and had management that was reasonable to work with. For us, the Ft Apache Arizona Storage checked all the boxes. After we got moved into our house and didn't need a storage unit anymore,and moved out; we had a good enough opinion of this business that when a couple years later and we needed storage again, Az Storage at Ft Apache was the only place we considered going back to. We are again using this facility and they still the tops in our book.

Easy Peasy & Happy

The online unit reservation search and sign up was East peasy and Bill with Ft. Apache Arizona Storage was on top of it! He reached out hours after I reserved the unit on Sparefoot to explain what I should expect with regards to the unit, its sign up and answer any questions I may have. When I arrived he was friendly and professional and he showed me the unit prior to my signing the official lease agreement. I moved in within a few days and my code was programmed in the key pad and he even left a dolly in my unit for use on a day he wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t working. This is my first time renting a storage unit and I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be any more happy with the entire experience. Thank you Sparefoot and Bill with Ft. Apache Arizona Storage!

Easy move in with excellent customer service

Weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re leaving country for a time and needed a last minute storage solution. Bill worked with us and made sure we had everything we needed, followed up before move in, and made signing up a breeze. It took all my worries away and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m happy with my storage choice. 10/10 would recommend based on price, customer care, location, cleanliness of space, and security.

The units are spacious, the facility is very clean, and customer service (Bill) is the most helpful in every step in acquiring a unit that suits your needs. He went above and beyond what usual customer service does for the customer, in my opinion. Bill helped with all inquiries that I had then topped it off by giving me other options and following through, till I was more than satisfied. He then proceeded to follow up afterwards to ensure that I am satisfied with all. AWESOME! We could use more customer service like that EVERYWHERE!

Doors instead of vinyl flaps into the buildings keep dust and debris from the hallways! Love the cleanliness in the hallways...keeps it from going into my storage unit.

Trisha is very friendly! The rental process was easy and no hidden charges. The facility is very clean and the indoor storage space was clean as well. This was the best value I could find in the east valley.
