Fantastic Storage Facility

I have never rented a storage facility before, but have heard a host of horrible stories. This made me apprehensive to book a unit, but due to some moving situations it needed to be done. And honestly, it had been a splendid process. Superior Storage is an extremely clean facility, their staff are kind and helpful, and the entire process was so easy. I had lots of questions along the way and representative were constantly available via email, phone, and in person to help out. They provided me with a secure lock (great bonus) and the unit was in pristine condition. I would HIGHLY recommend Superior Storage!

The women who helped us out and got us all signed up for our unit was great. A very personable, knowledgeable and helpful person. I was nice to deal with someone like that when you are dealing with a stressful situation like moving.

Deposir amount makes it hard to afford.

Should add some perks to offset the sting of the deposit amount. For example free padlocks less fees for certain penalties and some type of incentives like a free month or something.
