Price quoted on booking not honored during rental. Shop unattended so kiosk had to be used. Voice was hard to hear and understand.

convenient location
I didn't look at the space before reserving and I think I should have gotten the next size up. I thought the door would seal better at the sides but since it is indoors that is fine.

Excellent Service
I am really thrilled with the easy access and cleanliness of this facility.I have had other storage places in the past where I lost everything due to a flooding issue so I was very concerned about this issue when I rented my space. So far everything is staying dry. Thank God! The management there takes great efforts to accommodate my needs!They are super friendly and customer oriented! Bravo!

All smooth, only issue was the door to the unit is difficult to open - and it's not the cleanest. But it's a good value, good location - works great for what we needed. Staff was really friendly & helpful.

Public Storage: Above and Beyond
My on the phone reservation experience with George was amazing. He quickly assessed my needs and made a stress free reservation for me at the closest facility. Upon arrival at my reserved storage area Sam not only gave me professional service, but gave me a larger storage area for a discounted price. Within two hours we had
unloaded our truck and we're on our way back home. I am very impressed with your companies high regard for customer service

The staff was very helpful
The staff was very helpful, but security of the individual units is suspect. When walking through the facility I saw many units that looked like someone had tried to remove the sheetrock over the doors and gain access to a unit. The wall should be made of plywood or metal to discourage this.

The best ever
Management was perfect, very helpful, very polite and wonderful to work with. He suggested a smaller size which saved us money which was exactly perfect. The storage bin is clean and easy to get to. We would recommend this specific Storage to anybody who's looking for quality, good service, and clean.
