Security cameras should be an essential...
Security cameras should be an essential tool while providing security at a storage facility. I have noticed that there aren't any cameras pointing in the directions of any of the hallways in the facilities. If these were put into place, burglaries of tenants storage units would decrease and serve as a deterrent. Just my opinion.

Excellent first impression...
Excellent first impression....having met her once, but Jazmin, the site manager, was very friendly, welcoming, professional and helpful. Public Storage also offered a great $1 for the first month teaser rate which got me in the door and storing some of my belongings.
Public Storage is also conveniently located near a freeway access point.

Jasmine gave a good tour and explained different sizes and costs of unit. Rented and moved items the same day. Rooms have some temlerature control. Its been just a few days but so far so good. It can be easy to get parked in though if a marger truck comes to load or unload. Not much diving room.

The customer service is outstanding. I am a little concerned that the gate hasn't been fixed yet for security reasons. Overall, the experience was great and would recommend this facility to anyone!!

I initially called your 800 number they...
I initially called your 800 number they were running me all over the place for your facilities. They finally found one in my area. I went there sign on the door saying returning at 3pm and it was 3;15 at the time. I stayed to 3:25pm.Thgen I googled and found a location on Pickett street. The Lady there was very helpful. But units the size I wanted were all rented. She kept calling the previous location there was no answer.(That was Columbia Pike) Then she called 700 Pickett street store location and went there and finally spoke to another helpful representative. Thank goodness for those last 2 representatives.

Easy to reserve, clean facility, good carts. The parking lot could be better lit, and the timed lights inside could stay on for a few minutes longer, otherwise a pleasant experience.

I came in for information about P.S. since I've never used storage facilities before. Amanda (I believe was her name? Blue hair, tattoos) was super awesome. Really helpful, showed me all of my options, and explained how everything works. I definitely feel better about using P.S. now

The property manager, Jazmin, was super attentive, courteous and went above and beyond to help me during my household goods delivery. Although I created more work for her than it usually expected, cause I had to switch units two times, Her service, understanding, and kindness was more than I have ever experienced before from any other business. She made this stressful transition, a smooth one. Her customer service is superb and in my 30 years of military and government experience and transitions, I have never encountered someone that treated me like she did. Highly recommend this location for business. Thanks Jazmin for your service.

I came in today to look into a storage unit because I will be moving next month and have no idea about storage units. I definitely came to the right place. Amanda and Jarod were very respectable and were able to answer any and all questions. The were fully aware of what I needed by the items I told them and when I seen the unit you could tell they knew what they were doing!! Most definitely 10 stars!!!

Fix door entries for the price charged
I rent from the S. Pickett site and must use the carts as my unit is on the second floor. However, even with the use of bungee cords, attempting to pull the cart over uneven access is difficult at best. I invariably lose part of my boxes at the point of entry. Why the entry is not graded for smooth entry is beyond me. The cost is quite high per month, when you figure in the bait and switch post they use to pull in new customers. They say online registration provides a discounted price, however the unit they show doesn't even have a full size unit. When questioned, the manager onsite says they have nothing to do with the promotions and can not comment on how it is done.
