A Great Value with Super Nice People
Everything has been excellent with CubeSmart. It’s outside, so no temperature control—but you get what you pay for, and between the first month free, 50% off, truly honest and trustworthy (and patient!) staff, this has been the best deal on storage in my life. Say hi to Alicia!

Wonderful Staff, Beyond Helpfull
We stored our RV and car at Cube Smart on 300 West Ave, and what a joy. Alicia and staff were extremely helpful. We were really under time pressure to make our flight, and they expedited the process and got us on our way. The facility is clean and most importantly secure. I highly recommend this place and wish to thank Alicia again for being so helpful.

Staff not very friendly their ad is misleading.
I got there and we needed another storage unit for my husband and they told us the only one of our units would be first month free I asked them why and they said only certain units were available for that special even though there was a sign out front that said first month free so if that is the case then it's very misleading and when you make the reservation online it does not tell you that it tells you that your first month is free but other than that very clean and very organized

At cube smart I was able to find a bigger unit than what I'm currently renting and a lot more cheaper per month. Drew is the on-site manager. He was friendly, answered all my questions. Haven't been tenant long but I love the gate hours 10 pm closed my other storage store n lock gate hours suck 7 pm come on now that's like kids curfew bull crap hard to access if working a full gig

Good facility, check in could have been handled better
I was originally told my movers could start getting moved in while we were taking care of paperwork the previous week. When I arrived however, I was left with movers on the clock that were unable to move into the unit until paperwork was completed. This of course made the check in processed rushed, which it shouldn't have been.

Very friendly staff. Be prepared to spend a little time chatting on your initial visit. Charges "mandatory" insurance coverage fee until you bring in Renter's insurance/Homeowner's insurance coverage proof. This charge was not listed on any of the internet info I saw. They assured me this is standard in the industry, but I wonder. Worth checking out when you're shopping around - or bring that info with you when you first sign up.
