Issue with price and space
I reserved an outdoor parking space through SpareFoot. They gave me a price and a discount promotion for the first month rent. When I received the paperwork from the storage unit, the price was higher and no promotional discount. I called the storage company directly (CubeSmart) and they would NOT honor the SpareFoot price and said the their promotion ended the day before. They would not give any discount even though I reserved before the promotion ended. They also told me they had never heard of SpareFoot. The next day, we arrived to park our vehicle in the outdoor space we had reserved (despite the higher price) only to find a semi-truck parked in the space that was to be ours. It looked as though the semi had been there for some time. I had called just the day before so she knew we where coming and nothing was said about the semitruck. She did say that the area was extremely muddy. We had an Uber waiting to get to the airport so there was no time to figure it all out. The lady at CubeSmart was nice, but not helpful at all. No customer service or effort to resolve the issue. Basically take it or leave it.

Really Gagne was great what tang up was different then what I was offered he made sure to take and send to upper mgmt so they could correct. Next corresponds showed my offer. Of course inflexible unless but the site online I will find out when I go to pay again.

Affordable storage for vehicles
I needed a place near SLC to store an extra vehicle. This facility was fairly priced and has plenty of drive up units for cars. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Great storage space in excellent, central location. The price is reasonable and the customer service is superb. The only two negative aspects are the stickers everywhere in the RV parking storage and that the RV parking spaces aren't marked with numbers or guides to let you know if you are in the right spot.

Friendly staff and convenient location
Long wait, as the office was closed mid-day when I arrived. Another customer had an issue with reserving a unit that was not available, even though she had a confirmation number online. Was an awkward situation to say the least, as she was very disgruntled. The employee showed me the unit, and service was fast.

Bang for your buck?
Tbh I was just looking for the cheapest room I could find. Hunter, working there, was probably the best reason to stay. Great guy, working for his family. Facility... well you get what you pay for. Very secure, as any other storage; security cameras, gate access, and locks on your units. But it's an oldsr facility, the unit area has a weird smell, but the use of the facility is kind of expected for the price. So take it at your own discretion, but I would say best bang for your buck.

Terrific service and great units
Andy helped me get my storage unit set up and this was a huge help for the short amount of time I had to get it done. The units were great and I felt very secure leaving my belongings there. The only problem was the pricing, I knew it would be somewhat expensive but they advertised a much lower rate.

Great staff in a convenient location at good prices
Although the initial cost ended up being more than I was originally anticipating (due to a one time service fee, insurance, and a lock I was required to buy), the staff was incredibly friendly and my storage unit was exactly as advertised. I feel very comfortable leaving my things in this facility.

Quick and easy sign-up with minimal paperwork and hassle.
Very friendly staff, a large variety of sizes to choose from. I am a student at The U and I needed a place to store my things between semesters. The rates are month-to-month so I did not need to sign and extended contract like at some other storage facilities. The rates are also fantastic. I would definitely recommend this facility for storing items any length of time.

Beware of hidden costs!
There is a on-time fee, then you have to buy a lock and then you have to buy insurance! I immediately gave them proof of insurance via fax, but they still charged me the first month's insurance fee. I call and call and CALL and even e-mail but NO response to my request to be refunded the first month's insurance fee! The price you see here is NOT what you will be paying, so it's worth a call... if they will ever return your call! ON THE OTHER HAND, the manager and staff were very nice and helpful, and the facility was clean and felt safe.

We have stored our car at the U-Store-It on Redwood Road in Salt Lake on and off for years now. Whenever we come in, Jonathan the manager there always remembers our name and is always VERY friendly.
