I went to pay for my 2 storage rooms. I always pay for 6 months, I gave Ada my credit card and she told me I could save if I moved. I told her I did not want to move at this time. She told me to call customer service because I am such a loyal customer and even dialed it for me. It is really great to know that there is really a person at Public Storage that really cares about taking care of a loyal customer properly. I did get a small discount that I never expected. I would refer any of my people to Public Storage with a customer representative like Ada. The world needs more people serving customers like Ada.

The reservation lady was alone and had the best attitude. She gave recommendation for my situation and was very easy going but efficient. I had just left a closer location and left because of attitude and gratitude. Enough said. Thanks so much little storage lady bug??. West Park
