easy to move in, I found lock and keys inside resdy to use.

Only downside is the access hours

Everything is great but the access hours, 9pm shut down is crazy. I didn't notice it till after moving in and trying to get to my storage after 10pm. You usually get extended access on your move in date at other locations.

When I reserved a room the rep told me...

When I reserved a room the rep told me to bring my own lock. When I got there I had to buy one of their locks. Lady in office told me he was in California and didn't know how she ran her facility.

The website sucks! But service is good.

Overall, Public Storage is an awesome storage facility. The grounds are well maintained, and well lit. Access is easy, and the hours are flexible for any schedule. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help. My issue...the website has been down for 2 months for "site maintenance." This is totally unacceptable for someone who pays their bills online. What's the poin in having a website if it's down for that long? This issue needs to be addressed immediately. I even made my reservation online because using the internet is so convenient, and there's no "on hold" time. I knocked 2 stars off of my rating because of this. Please get it together! Other than that, I would recommend Public Storage to anyone who needs a storage facility.

Great Place With Helpful, Courteous, & Proffessional Staff.

Storage Location: 10944 Millridge North Drive Houston, TX 77070-4823 The Staff is Great! The Price is Right As Well. I think that Public Storage has Fair Rates for there units, Not too high & Not too low... The only issue that I have had is the dolly carts that public storage provides, they get stolen all of the time. Finally the other day, my location started keeping the ONE dolly(one, because all of the others were stolen) in the office. I went in to use it & the staff member explained that I needed to give her my drivers license to hold, until I retuned it. I looked at her & said, "now that's how you do it!" I wanted to tell you because this should be standard policy at every location. One thing that I noticed that was very bad, was that some one had left a frame with a broken mirror in the hallway of one of the buildings. It has been there for about 2 weeks. I have kids, so I know how dangerous that could be.

The convenient locations and storage options are great.

Well located, convenient and reasonably priced storage options. A couple improvements would be to allow more room for maneuvering large trucks in some locations and allow 24 hour access to the storage units. Otherwise everything is great.
