Horrible experience

Went to get items out until for my son to return to college and the unit was EMPTY! They gave excuses after excuses as to why this happened. Law enforcement was called and even stated it looked like the unit was cleaned out by the facility bc it was spotless and thieves do NOT clean up after themselves. Thousands in unit and only this that was offered was the three months that was paid to be refunded. Would never recommend

Probably not

We had almost all out stuff into unit and realized there was a leak in roof above us. We had to move all of our stuff into another unit down the hall. The manager Hunter was there as soon as we let him know, but I feel this should have been checked out prior to us moving in. Also, the warehouse is very large and there is only one way in. Hence, very long walk to your unit.
