Technical issues when renting

First let me say the staff there have been wonderful and the units are in really good condition and clean. Now for the technical issues... 1.. was unable to rent online. Had to go during office hours to do it. 2.. internet was down. Had been down or kept dropping for DAYS. I happened to be "lucky" and got the rental agreement done in one visit. HOWEVER..(see number three) 3.. I have yet to be able to make the payment because of the technical issues they continuously have. I mean... no skin off my behind because I was able to move in but I have this payment looming over me now because of their inability to ensure everything is operating smoothly. Its 3 days now.. and its Saturday so nothing will happen, I'm sure, until next week. Ridiculous.

Fast, Efficient, Clean, & Maintained

The process to get my things into this well kept storage facility went with ease and the friendly staff were able to help and get the job done without a hitch. I like being able to pull in and out as I please and have quick access to my climate controlled storage unit that houses all my home furnishing long term at a very convenient location in the Cleveland area.

Great company and workers

It's really nice, I like that it is extremely clean and easy to access with your own personal pin. The staff is very nice, patient, friendly and easy to work with. The price was great for a 10 x 10. The only flaw I see so far is that they need pin pads at every door so that they are easily accessible from ever door on the outside and not just from one.

Easy storage solution
