Unable to contact a live person.
I have rented a storqage unit from Midguard since June of 2021. I had a credit card on file to pay the monthy bill. The card was hacked and I had to get a new card. Midguard attempted to confiscate my unit without contacting me about payment. No Call or E-mail except to say We are taking your unit. They also charged me $25 for a lock that they claim I can't have even though I paid for it. When I try to contact them, I can't unless I go to the unit. No live person on duty. You get to talk to a Ipad.

Convenient and clean Storage Unit
Friendly Staff at the Pawleys Island Midguard Storage office. Moved in to a 10/10 unit which was the perfect size. It was clean but unfortunately it was raining which left the entrance to my unit flooded. Otherwise a smooth move. Price was higher than the same unit I had in Mt Pleasant but it his unit is conveniently located better for me.

Good location, easy setup, excellent access.
Found a good price for a unit on the internet. Reserved online and a few days later I stopped in to pay and sign up. The process was simple and easy. Quickly I was able to move right in a begin enjoying less clutter in my life. I recommend this company.
