Needs TLC

Although contactless sounds convenient, there were questions and concerns I wanted to get cleared but there was nobody in the office during the time I arrived. When I opened the garage, it was filled with rat traps that were so sticky you couldn't remove them off the floor so they remain there. Then when I tried to lock the storage unit, my lock would loosen and fall off, so the garage wasn't ever really locked. It took me days to find a person in the office to get this squared away.

I am satisfied.

Easy to find but the lock situation is ridiculous. I had to pay $19 for a lock I can use anywhere else. I also had a horrible time locking and unlocking the unit. Otherwise, it was clean and the onstage person was just wonderful.

DON'T RENT HERE

Would be great if they would explain more about hours available. Not double lock down your unit because you were on the property until 9:02 pm. 2 minutes late doesn't give them a right to lock your posession's away from you when you're paid up for the entire month. Will be closing my account/unit here less than 1 week after renting the unit.
