Great Experience
The service was very prompt and the staff was very professional and welcoming . Ms. Brenda was helpful in making the process very smooth. great storage space
I purchased this unit to store my things from college. It was much smaller than I expected upon looks, but surprisingly it fit my thing really well!! and i have a buuuuunch of things and the 5x5 storage unit fit perfectly. iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d recommend

Good customer service
I spoke with Lisa the entire time . She was very sweet and helpful . The process was fast and easy she even emailed me over the lease agreement since I was working and couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t actually come in. I would definitely recommend to my family & friends .

Could have been better.
I like the storage space. The only issue I have is the price I had to pay. I thought since I reserved my space I would still get my discount. I didn't. I payed more than I wanted to spend. $148. Ouch!!! I didn't get one month free!!!

Ground level or outside units are dusty but besides that no complaints. One suggestion is to make truck more readily available or get more than one truck.

The place was great. The only thing I didn't agree with was the mandatory insurance that I didn't want. I believe that to be a way of driving back up the reasonable pricing. I also don't like that we wasn't informed of this fee until we came into the office.

Excellent Customer Service
I only needed a storage unit for two weeks and was pleasantly surprised when they prorated my unit fee until the end of the month. They also let me use their moving truck (which is brand new) one week after i moved into the unit. Excellent customer service, and very friendly staff.
