Much nicer facility than those I have used before. Automatic doors - you don't have to prop open doors when moving in and out. Saves time! Free loaner carts to transport your stuff within the facility. These "little things" mean a lot, and provide no-hassle storage.

Very bottom-line driven...not customer-focused at all!

I've had yet another horrible experience with this facility! They are so bottom-line driven that they are completely inflexible with good tenants. Trust me...if it's even remotely possible that you'll ever need to pro-rate, be late on 1 payment or need any leeway go somewhere else!!! If it wouldn't cost me a fortune to move all my stuff, I would be out there ASAP.
