Friendly associate

Need more carts.... had to hand carry many items to our space as there were no carts available. Amber was very helpful and checked cameras to see if there were any carts anywhere in the building that were available, but unfortunately there were not!

Amber was a great help.

You need a few more carts. We were moving in on a Saturday and made several trips back and forth to get items to bring to storage. Spent more time trying to find a cart then actually getting things into our unit. I know these are some of the busiest days and you may not utilize as many during the week but time is precious when you are trying to complete this task. Our last trip we had to unload our car and leave items at the door and my son had to hand carry all of it to our unit due to no available carts.

The process was very easy

I went online and reserved my space for free, they followed up with a confirmation call. I went in on the day of, we walked to unit prior to any paper work and im glad we did because i had thought of down sizing , i was moving from a flooded unit at different location. Well unit was way smaller so the lady showed me the next size available 3 times and i ended up with the same size as prior. We went in and finished paper work in about 20 mins, maybe longer, but on my end I had only brought my phone to pay and they couldnt except that form of payment , my fault it took longer, unit was clean and appeared brand new, i even got second month free. They dont have a gate for drive up units, which i kinda dont like. But it wasnt a deal breaker, i have outdoor drive up unit, but she gave me a code to access a restroom , buisness hours only but i really liked that part of the deal. Iver all i had a great experience from start to finish

We really enjoyed to customer service hard to find these days.

Awesome staff. Chris was patient and answered any and all questions. He was friendly and courteous to me and my baby while we visted.
