Everything went smoothly.... so far... not a lot of faith ... we'll see... I heard some terrible comments about taking people's valuables quickly when the bill is over due!!! Scary!!

Great Facility and Customer Service
I don't think if the process could have been any more efficient or easy. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They provided me with all of the information I needed without wasting my time but also not passing over any important details. The facility was clean (I thought it was a brand new facility). I would highly recommend this company to anyone else.

They were so pleasant first thing in the morning and very helpful. They got me in and out of the office as soon as I came in. Overall great customer service from Lisa and Courtney they were such a joy and so happy in the morning. Nice job Public Storage ??

Courtney is amazing! She went out of her way to help a friend and I to move into a new storage unit. Although she was set to leave for the day, she was willing to stay later to help us get situated. Extremely thankful for her act of kindness.

The staff here is excellent! Very kind and respectful. Lisa took care of us. She Let us look at different sizes of spaces the see what worked best for us. She was very informative and had a great sense of humor. The place is very clean and had everything we need. I would definitely recommend this place. Also they are running a promotion for a 5x5 storage space for 1$.

She was amazing!!!
She was so helpful. The only thing is I saw someone leaving the storage unit one day when I was driving in and he squeezed himself through a broken fence. Which was obvious to me he shouldn't have been there. That fence needs to be fixed.

Well let start by saying I went to 3 different companies before choosing you guys. First I went to uhaul and when the manager took me to see the bin two guys were smoking crack in the bin next to the one being shown to me,next... So then I went to a place across the street where the hours or operation were 11- 5 it was 1:30 and nobody was there,next.... Then I went to planet storage where they had experienced a flood and had no power and tried to rent me a bin on the first floor while sweeping water out of it and telling( sorry no deals its $200 a month), next...... I saw the public storage sign like a beacon and thought if this place doesn't do it I give up, so I pulled in ,it was open,it was clean,the manager was there, lights on bright,spot less showroom, and was taken up an elevator that worked(3rd place didn't have one) and was shown the cleanest, nicest bin I've ever seen. The manager then started to tell me the price, the deal of the day, and I was more than sold. Great spot! Great location! Great deal! Great staff. No bull, love you guys!!!
