There is absolutely the best manager that Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve ever dealt with because II couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have made a better choice than you smart really nice. Good storage facility
Very helpful staff. Like that it's gated with codes. Not happy that they didn't advertise mandatory insurance online. And not happy that it's mandatory. I've enter other places and it wasn't required. Some many like that ther s insurance but I don't really need it.

Slowly moving all of my things in. I don't have 24 hour access but I don't think that'll be a problem and it probably helps keep the site secure so I'm fine with it. We'll see how it goes.

Nice facility, Great staff, very reasonable prices
I needed a storage unit for some items and CubeSmart had availability. The price was very competitive and the location was good. The staff was great to work with and made it a painless process to pick the right size of unit, and show me the unit before anything was signed.

Great Location, Friendly, Clean
Cube Smart is not only easy to find and centrally located, the facility itself is easy to navigate. That is not always the case with storage facilities.
The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating and truly go above and beyond the call of duty to help their customers.
I'd recommend Cube Smart to everyone and anyone!

Poor Business Practice
I reserved a storage unit in September for an up-coming cross country move. I was told there was no problem reserving the 10 X 10 unit for the move which would be around Oct. 23. The office person even said if I needed an extension that would not be a problem. On Oct. 10, I was notified that my reservation had been
cancelled by the general manager and that there was only one 10 X 10 unit left. I could have that unit, but it would cost more money because that was the last 10 X 10 available. They refused to do the right thing and give me the rate they originally quoted after giving the unit I reserved to someone else. This is very poor business.
