Easy process
Called to see if they had any openings for the size unit I needed, they did and I told them around when I'd be there by and what all I need to bring with me. Showed up, did some paperwork and got the card with access code and unit number on it and was ready ti go. Worker was very helpful and answered any questions I had.

Clean unit, wonderful customer service.
The price is a bit more expensive than other units of the same size I have rented in the past. Customer service was amazing and the manager was very friendly. Unit was very clean, easy to access. The only thing I really dislike is it is not 24/7 accessible for renters. Would definitely recommend to friends regardless of any personal dislikes.

cheap rent and sturdy but expensive boxes.
I like the business. Faith the office worker was very positive. My cube was very clean. Accessibility 6 am to 10 pm was good. Faith made my gate pass code easy to remember and helped with boxes when I returned them. They charge a $20 a month for a mandatory insurance. Your own apartment renters policy will cover that for less or with no added fee to re-insure.

Very Helpful....
I had reserved a unit for my son who was moving from Jacksonville Florida to Hawaii. It is not cost effective to ship his belongings at his point. I checked in at the office with Michelle to finalize everything before they arrived back home on 7/20. She had my information ready, she took me to see the unit, which we chose a climate controled unit and it was very clean and nice and cool inside the building. We went over all the paperwork which she explained throughly as well as the codes to get in and out. I'm very pleased with the unit we have and the help I received at the office. Thank you!

Amazing lady

I needed a storage unit right away. I was able to call at 7 a.m. and get a storage unit that day. They have reasonable hours of operation. You must have insurance on your units. However they do not have a restroom in the facility so you must use the restroom before getting there.

Inside unit was very clean I have concerns of all the spiders on the outside of unit you need to spray I know it is that time of year in Illinois the spiders are looking for a place for winter but they are very bad

They didn't tell us ahead of time we needed proof of insurance, so we had to call our agent and have him fax it over. That was a hassle that could have been avoided.

When I arrived , I was told I needed a copy of my insurance policy but was never informed of this prior to my arrival. Luckily my daughter still had her computer in her dorm room so I went there and printed a copy from the insurance website. It would have been helpful to know this before hand. Otherwise everything else was fine.
