Great prices
Clear process. They accepting Home owners insurance and you don't need to print it out you can just send them it on email.
Admin fees are only one time. Move in truck is for $10.

Great customer service
It was such a pleasure dealing with Sue at this Streamwood facility. There was no pressure and no run around about my questions. She answered every single question I had. Since we are dealing with pandemic right now, she explained to me their new process and why. Thank you Sue!

The sales rep who helped me was awesome. He answered all my questions and made sure the unit was all clean and made the process so simple. I was about to sign with public storage down the street and has such horrible experience with their customer service that I walked out of their office without signing earlier that day. I found cube smart online, called and signed with you that day. No hassle, no gimmicks, and no dishonesty which is so important to me when I'm storing my belongings with a company. Thanks for the great customer service!

Over 20 years as a customer. My cost that cannot be redcued per Property Manager. Advertised cost of unit $58.45. Would rather I move out as opposed to giving me a comparable rate. This is garbage! No loyalty at all!!
