Pro Self Storage - Wilmette

Amazing service, incredible value!

After a rather exhaustive search I came across pro self storage. Initially from the onset it gave me the feel of an old school self storage together with the cute train caboose to your left as you approach the facility. Once inside I was just in awe at how clean and freshly painted this place is, old school outside pretty modern inside. Okay now let’s get to the customer service part, when I first called I got a hold message and thought oh boy here we go again, these guys probably run the same course as the corporate giants i.e. PS, ESP, UH, Cube, TLU etc. etc. I’ll probably be on hold for 15 min before someone answers or have some annoying bot telling me to press this and press that lol not even a nano second and I was greeted by Antonia and is she amazing! She answered each and every one of my questions, she was thorough did not try to sell me on additional products and services that I really don’t need and she was super patient (Thank you very much Antonia!) if any of the higher ups are reading this I hope you’ll appreciate having a CSR represent your company oh so well. Anyway while I can’t speak for everyone else in the comments here I can safely assure you that everything about this place and my experience is nothing short of amazing. Give these guys a try I think you’ll be quite pleased. I’m A. Feinberg and I approve this message.

Great experience

The property manager, Ben, assisted me well. He answered all of my questions and was readily available even with my last minute need of a storage unit. I had to call customer service to deal with the lock code but it was easily fixed. It was a good experience.
