Except for the city of Chicago taxes, a great deal!

I had a great experience and this is the perfect location, and the price was right. Except that SpareFoot.con didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t show the city of Chicago taxes for parking spots.

Not honest upfront about the cost of insurance

But you can get it changed pretty easily. Youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll have to pay for insurance, but the coverage amount is easy to change by asking. Otherwise easy, clean, carts near the elevators, etc.

Good Experience Overall

Much better than my previous storage facility, and cheaper. I rented a spot outdoors to park my motorhome. The lot is secure with a keypad gate and cameras. The price is reasonable. The only complaint I have - and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s more a recommendation - is that fees and taxes should be disclosed up front, not at the time the papers are signed. The $84 per month charge ended up to be over $100 after all was said and done. Still, very satisfied overall.

one of the best storage facilities I've ever seen!

they were so clean, staff is friendly and efficient! so accommodating, when i needed to see my unit first and see bigger ones in comparison they were very helpful. ended up going with the bigger unit with no problem switching! best part is theyre drive thru so if its raining when you unload, theres not a care in the world! and pricing is great! definitely will use them again if i need to!
