Not working climate control

Please fix the climate control for which we are paying. Our stuff will get moldy otherwise. The cube is 5 by 10 and located at Dania Beach.

We paid for a climate controlled storage 5 by 10, but afraid that all our stuff might get moldy. Half of the floor has not working climate control. And no other storages were available. If itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s possible please fix this problem. The stuff canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t help. I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t recommend my friends to rent a storage, because of that problem.

The overall experience was good. Nice space. It doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have climate control live it says and I paid for. I was advised there were 2 doors to enter the unit, when in fact while moving in, we realized there were 3 doors and had to run to Home Depot for an additional lock. However, the multiple entrances to the unit make it easy to access items and store properly.

The move in was quick and simple. Could of done paperwork on line but required me to pay for a lock I didn't need. Guy at counter said he could of refunded me price of lock. Signed paperwork was shown the unit and moved in. Already had truck loaded with contents from previous storage. Just unloaded in new unit. In and out in 1 1/2 hours.

A Perfect Storage Facility

From the moment you meet the Manager Wendy to when you drive away, you know that everything is taken care of. I compared several storage facilities before making a decision. This was in a better location and it came with a very good price! Reservations online went smoothly. I selected a free month with a one time $24 Administrative fee. Thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a coded electric gate to enter. When I got there, that is Exactly what I got. No changes in the contract and No hidden charges. A cart is available on each floor and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s free to use, which I found very convenient with the multiple boxes I had. The unit was clean and appears safe. I was given the option to bring a lock or purchase theirs for $17. I purchased it because itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a round, strong lock and I can keep it afterwards.

Amazing storage units! And thank you to the gentleman who helped my boyfriend and I! Pulled up my reservation, explained to me that I get 15% off for the next 6 months, got everything to together quick & also made us laugh. He was nice & sweet to both of us. After everything was done, he brought us to our storage unit & personally pulled out a dolly for us. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND

Good luck getting a cart to move your stuff!

This place is a joke. The building is huge so most likely an available unit will be somewhere far into the building. There are no carts available anywhere to move your things. As per the manager, they are supposed to be located on each end of the building but after walking around the entire place which is like a maze, one was nowhere to be found. While the price is was attractive, The thought of needing access to my unit after hours and no cart available was all it took for me to move on to a more organized place.

I had looked for other storage units, the prices were way to high. I went to cube smart and I got a bigger unit for better price. When I got to the warehouse I was welcomed and all My questions were answered. The girl that helped me was very helpful. I forgot her name but sheﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s in the front desk. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s not Monica itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s the other manager? She showed me the unit and explained all the move in rules. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m a sunny day she went and double checked my access gate password, she wanted to make sure I was not going to come after hours and my password was not going to work for any reason. Everything about this facility is perfect. Everything was clean and there was a note in my unit assuring me of exactly what was done. Customer service was astounding they moved my reservation for me and answered the phone quickly. All questions were answered without any doubt. I was especially happy about having an inside storage unit, but being able to drive up to the 3rd floor instead of lugging everything in an elevator. Only issue I'd say is that the drive needs to be redone, it's very uneven. Otherwise, a wonderful facility and cheapest in the area for the same level of professionalism and cleanliness.

Extremely courteous staff. They were able to help me answer all my questions. At least two people were there at the front desk. Great price also. My space I can practically drive up to since they have three levels. The last place I had to use an elevator with a code then go thru a maize to get to my space. This place has 2 dollies on my floor and I can get 1 1/2 times as much on each trip. The last place had the dollies locked up and you had to give your Drivers License to get the key. You also had to return the key before 6pm. That place closed at 9pm. This place closes at 10pm. I have used many storage spaces in Broward County and none match up to this one!!!

I was nervous about putting all my things in storage. When I arrived they drove us out to the unit. It's a parking garage so every floor its the first floor, it's GREAT! The unit was clean and the building smells as if it's just been cleaned every time I go. After making my online reservation they showed me the unit and had me fill out some paperwork. I like that they require insurance. It means that I don't have to worry about the items in my unit in the case of an accident. Overall I'm very happy and have suggested this facility to everyone I know that needs a storage. It's well worth it!

tunnel height

The only issue I had was my unit is down one of the tunnels and the moving truck that I used did not fit under it. I had to unload then take everything out and push it all the way down the tunnel and I also had to stop while it was raining. Other then that everything was great.

Horrible

They will accrue late fees if you are just a few days late. These fees can add up to half of your monthly bill. They will charge multiple late fees for the same month being late, every few days. Then they charge a late fee for the following month if the current month is past due. Last but not least they put the unit in default after less than 30 days late and charge even more ridiculous fees. Stay away from them!!!

Checked many other facilities before renting from CubeSmart, the best all around compared to the rest.

Advertised size is the actual size of the unit. (Unlike several other storage facilities I have researched) CubeSmart accepted my homeowners insurance (which covers my unit) unlike most of the others which add at least another $10.00 to your rental fee. The gating is more secure at this facility as opposed to others I have investigated. Paper work was a breeze, with a very pleasant staff. The price quoted online was the same as the rental price at CubeSmart. This was not true with at least two other storage companies. Also, the promotional savings were utilized.

Sparefoot Storage Finder was fantastic! I had done my own research on the internet to find a good storage facility but Storage Finder found a facility for half the price. They were quick, efficient and by far the best price out there. The storage unit I had reserved was perfect. The location couldn't have been better and the customer service at the storage unit was outstanding. They went above and beyond to help me, including finding me a taxi.
