the price and promotion where outstanding , their staff was friendly ,and helpfull , the process was quick and easy.
they had my unit clean right the next day when i was ready to move .
the let u use their truck for free or very rasonable price in case is farter than regular distance allowed .
over all i think is a great secure place.
only thing i didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t like is that your not allow to enter on sundays

Equal to other storage facilities I've used
If I'd have had a car to be able to look at the different storage facilities, this might not have been my preferred choice. The 10×10 Climate controlled unit I rented doesn't have a garage door equivalent access. Instead there are 2 regular size doors, that aren't joined together. Requiring 2 locks n making moving in larger items quite difficult. Also, the temperature settings, according to their staff, is always set between 78°F - 80°F. Which is too high in my opinion. Especially when I've to spend more than 5 min inside. Also, there aren't any outlets to plug in a Fan to help cool me down. It may be sufficient for the stored items. Even though 80°F is unacceptable period. But I've Multiple Sclerosis, which requires a cooler temperature when I'm active. And lastly, the entrance to where my unit is located has no ramp! The other 2 entrances located before mine do. Again, it adds to the difficulty of moving items into the storage. And there aren't any moving carts available either. At least not where my unit is located. On the positive side, you only have to enter the gate code when accessing the storage facilities. Not when leaving. And there's a bathroom close by. Also, I've seen a Vending machine, which the other 2 storage facilities I've used before this one, don't have.

I had a really bad experience at Public Storage prior to coming to Cube Smart. The experience at Cube Smart was awesome from the moment I walked in to the second I left. Jackie and Symone were really nice. They took their time and made me feel very welcome. I'll use this place for all my storage needs.

A few issues that needed to be tended to. Really wish they could keep the gate working and locked.
They try to keep things running smoothly, but we have had several things that needed tending to. Was not happy when the price went up unexpectedly and I believe we should be getting a percentage off monthly. Management and staff try to be helpful.

Security was only negative issue.
Entry gate was locked open virtually all day on consecutive days while I was going in and out 6 visits to load stored material into my unit over two days spaced an hour or so apart. Nothing I have is of value but I am concerned about safety of people doing the normal loading into or out of their storage units when anyone off the street can drive into the open storage lot.
