they've got the cheapest rates around if you book online.

When shopping around for a storage unit, LIfe Storage had by far the best rates in the greater Springfield area and it was not too far or hard to find at all. Well worth the drive. Great customer service.

The customer service was excellent and the indoor units were immaculate. The operation is well managed. The rental process was very easy and the manager was attentive to every detail and offered helpful suggestions. He made certain that he offered me all options and let me choose.

The Suffield, CT Life Storage facility is one I highly recommend due to the professional and courteous manner in which you are helped. In particular Vanessa and Vinnie provide superior service and make you feel welcome, take the time you need to complete your transaction or answer questions and are eager and willing to do so which speaks volumes to me as far as customer service.

Storage perfection, my chosen location, highway and airport accessible

Not only is Uncle Bob's a state of the art facility with motion detecting lighting, brand new EVERYTHING, secure gating and security cameras but it is run by business people. The Suffield CT, Bob's Self Storage on 1395 South Street is operated by businesswoman and manager, Kathleen LaCross. Knowing everything you could possibly need to know and assist you along the way. A delightfully pleasant, intelligent woman. Uncle Bob's is SO secure that I was immediately alerted that I had locked my interior unit, in the OPEN position. Kathleen made me aware and let me know that my unit was being carefully watched. An 'Uncle Bob's Staff Member' doing a ROUTINE door check noticed my 'OOOPS!' . FIRST TIME I used a storage facility and I was picky simply because I have anxiety! ANXIETY FREE STORAGE.......PRICELESS!!!!!!!! My storage needs are handled by Uncle Bob's.
