the employee was not well trained and he did not give me my paperwork

THe employee at this was not well trained (he probably was the owner) the unit was just what i needed at the end I was not given my paperwork for my rental which is hopefully in my file at this locatation

The staff in the office and over the phone are amazing. Judy, Monica, and I forgot the other person's name, but he also was outstanding. Great team work and the best customer service, all three were very helpful. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. Great prices, great location, and great service. Easy and quick!

The entire process of acquiring a storage unit and being able to access that unit in a timely manner was perfect! The office manager was very friendly and answered all of our questions. My daughter and I are impressed with the cleanliness and security of the facility and feel very secure leaving our belongings in the storage unit. Great experience overall!

Great value for space alarms
