Secured and Clean
I haven't officially moved in (that will be next week) however I did secure my unit and checked it out. The very first thing that comes to mind is the security of the site; I have three access points which require either my passcode or the App to open. All in all, I was very impressed. The buildings and unit were very clean as well. The staff I have met have all been very kind. I cannot recommend your service high enough! Thank you again!

Horrible horrible experience reservation through move in
Don’t use this facility. Despite phone and online info, no on-site manager when drove there to resolve and complete rental of units. Office under construction. Took several calls to corporate to conclude rental. On move in day, no manager immediately available, gate blocked by semi truck. When finally got inside gate, no directions or map of any kind to help finds my 2 units. Had movers on clock with me and paid for 2 additional hours because could not find units. Email from storage that said directions to unit only gave directions to facility. Employee finally showed up but he didn’t know where units were either! He walked in and out of entire facility trying to find them. When finally did, moved into one unit. Misdirection try second unit do had my movers pushing dolly up and down rows to find it. When did, tony elevator that would not accommodate dolly so had to load by hand into elevator. Contrary to advertised “elevator access,” passengers not allowed on elevator so had to walk with bad knee up outside stairs to get to unit then unload elevator. Wrong purchased lock on one unit so had to wait substitution of correct one. By the way, “level 1” really means level 2 upstairs…. All in all horrible experience. Don’t use this facility. Asked corporate to call me to discuss some compensation for all of this. 48 hours has passed with no call. Guess they don’t really care about customer experience.

I love Public storage specially at this...
I love Public storage specially at this location, 101 & Shea. I set everything up online scheduled my appointment arrived and met Anna for checkin. She was amazing so nice and had an answer to all my questions. It only took a few minutes I got my keys to my unit was very clean and I was ready to move in that day. They are all set up with the Covid safety and cleanliness.

Fantastic experience.
Anna was extremely knowledgeable and friendly when I went to sign my paperwork and set up,payments. Facility is clean and offers carts to help with each move. Plenary of space and no crowds while I had to load my unit. A great experience all around.

Bad customer service
I reserved the unit. The next day I came in early to move but the carts were locked to the fence. Later I called and was told that they were only available during office hours. I came back later with a load of furniture. In order to put the furniture in the pull up 10x20 I had to first move boxes to the inside unit. First I couldn't find someone to unlock the cart. We had less than an hour. There were two of us I asked for another cart and was informed that it was only one cart per family and it didn't matter that I had two units. I have rented several times with Public Storage and never had a problem before. I am not sure if I will ever use your facilities again. No one else was using the carts and there was only one other person on site at the time. It was just bad customer service.

Public Storage on Desert Cove was a life saver
Public Storage on Desert Cove was amazing when I needed a quick place to store my belongings after a stressful move. Reservation was incredibly easy and Michael was incredibly knowledgeable about all things storage related including pricing, specials, and size details which allowed me to make a quick decision and move my possessions and complete my move. The facility is clean, well lit and very conveniently located. Great job Public Storage!

Well thought out facilities
I am renting a 5 x 5 climate controlled. I liked the security gate at the front. I also liked the area where I parked my car was in a cover area given how hot it can be in AZ during the summer. Staff was great. Get ready for lots of paperwork!

Decent service but confusing.
They had a unit available and the pricing was reasonable. When I signed up, I thought they has set me up for direct payments from my credit card and the first month, it did work like that. But, I just received the second month's bill and it talks about having me sign up for automatic pay and makes no mention that I already did. I will now have to spend time calling them to figure it out. The billing statement should contain an indication that I am already signed up. It's confusing.

Third Visit this month
The facility is clean, well lit and a comfortable temperature. Yesterday, there was no cart to move items to upstairs units and I was glad I brought my own dolly. I drove around the entire complex, and there were no carts available.

Easy, Fast, Professional and Excellent Customer Service
I used the online service to reserve 2 storage units, one outside and one climate controlled inside. It was simple! The staff called to verify the information and availability of the units needed. They were very friendly and accommodating. Check in process was uneventful and pleasant. Overall, it has been a great experience!
