This was the first occasion I've had to store my vehicle for approximately an extended period & a family member highly recommended Diamond Self Storage. Annette was friendly and wonderful. She handled all of the paperwork quickly & efficiently and then drove to my assigned parking space with me following in my own car, then showed me how to execute the code system to open the security gates to leave. I love the convenience of the included shuttle service from the facility to the airport & same on my return, AND the free laser car wash located on the premises! My overall experience was 5-Star all the way! I highly recommend this facility.

Whan I 1st arrived in Alaska in 2022, someone I knew had this location for their unit. 2 years later, I am using the same facility. The paperwork took a little while but is OH SO worth it.

I rented a unit here for almost a year and the only issues I had was them trying to tell me that I couldn't enter my unit 24 hours when it clearly stated on the site that it was a 24 hour facility. We had to get that squared away first thing.

Horrible customer service.

Horrible customer service/management. Managers don't return phone calls. They have our company credit card on file to pay our account and yet they send out late notices with delinquent fees that aren't valid. You cant speak to anyone to resolve the issues. Don't put your stuff here, unless you want to be overcharged and super frustrated.

Good experience once I found where to go

Because this company also has off-site airport parking, it was not clear for me where to go at first. The office is located at the entrance for the airport parking, but there are no parking spaces, so everyone has to park on the street. I parked on the street, went into the office and it was rather smooth sailing from there. The self-storage units are at a different location down the road, so the employee who checked me in had to drive there and I followed. She made sure I found the unit and we were good to go.
